I am now looking for alternative Mac product suppliers since my old go-to source is no longer reliable. Not at all what I expected based on my past experience. It was a very disappointing and less than optimal customer experience. It was explained to me that they couldn't get all the parts needed to sell these drives, so I had to make a purchase of an older style tray drive they had in stock to enable me to complete the work I needed to do.
